Your parcel will be sent with AusPost or Sendle, whichever is fastest or most cost-effective for your location. All items are packed in recyclable rigid mailers or boxes for extra protection. Need authority to leave or a signature? Just pop a note at checkout. For rural areas, please allow 6+ business days for standard shipping and 2-3 for Express.

Try our 💌 FREE Untracked Letter Post ✨ for non-urgent orders, like a few cards (including the subscription!) or a letter set. It travels the old-fashioned way: untracked, with a real postage stamp, just like the letters we used to wait for. Letter Post is designed for flat items only. If you select it for a boxed card set, we’ll carefully repackage your cards (without the box) so they can slip neatly into an envelope.
