Exchanges

If you're not quite happy with your selection and would like to exchange for something else, we only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.

Please contact us here and include your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and send out your new item/s once the original item/s have been returned.

Returns

We are unable to accept refunds on 'change of mind', however we are happy to offer 100% store credit on items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We ask that you cover the return shipping unless there is a specific order issue in which case we will happily do all we can to make it right.

Daymaker Stationery is a super small operation, so please choose your items carefully, being a small business it is difficult for us to undergo exchanges.

*Please note dated items (diaries, calendars) are only available for exchange until the end of January of that year.
