Some of our products, like our annual wall calendar, are available to preorder. Preordering means you're first in line, and it helps us print just the right amount. Here's how it works.
When will my preorder ship?
Each preorder item lists an estimated dispatch date on its product page. We'll do our best to stick to it. If anything changes on the printing side, we'll email you with an update as soon as we know.
Ordering preorder and in-stock items together
If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order will ship once every item in it is ready. This keeps things simple, and it means you (and we) only pay shipping once.
If you'd like part of your order sooner, you have two options:
- Place two separate orders: one for your in-stock items, and one for your preorder items.
- Get in touch with us: we can arrange a second shipment. The cost of the extra postage is covered by you.
Payment
Preorder items are paid for in full at checkout, the same as any other order.
Changes and cancellations
If you'd like to change or cancel a preorder before it ships, just contact us and we'll sort it out. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Shipping & Returns policy applies.
