Refund policy

We hope your Daymaker parcel is a real delight to receive! But if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it better. Please write to us here.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. If your order hasn’t already been packed and posted on its way, we’re more than happy to cancel it for you. Once it’s in the post, our returns policy will apply instead.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your item for another, let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel. As long as everything is unused, in it's original packaging, and in the same lovely condition you received it, we can make the exchange. We simply ask that you cover the postage both ways. 

Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your parcel to request a return. To be eligible, your item needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and just as it arrived to you.

For both returns and exchanges please note that:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items sent back without requesting first may not be accepted so please make sure to contact us first.
  • Postage is at your expense (we don’t provide pre-paid labels for this).
  • Sale items, gift cards and personalised/custom orders are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Damages & Issues

Every order is carefully packaged so it arrives safely in your hands. But if your parcel has been knocked about in transit or you’ve received the wrong thing, please write to us here within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make things right.

Refunds

As soon as your return makes its way back to us, we’ll check everything over and let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, we’ll return the funds to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little time to show it on your account - thank you for your patience while things process.
